I am having difficulties pairing the app with my SILENO mower. What should I do?
If you are experiencing issues with pairing, go through the checklist below and try again.
If the issue persists, please call our customer service department for assistance.
• Check you have downloaded the GARDENA Bluetooth® app on your device and are within 10 metres of the mower.
• Check that Bluetooth® is switched on in your device settings.
• If you already have the GARDENA Bluetooth® app downloaded, check that you have the latest version of the app downloaded.
• Try closing the Bluetooth® app on your device, re-opening the app, and press ‘+’ to add your SILENO mower.
• Switch your SILENO mower off and on again on the mower itself; you then have three minutes to connect the mower to the Bluetooth® app (3 minutes in connection mode).
