Terms and Conditions

Win Autumn 2026 Cleaning products to the value of R12 000

1. Autumn Cleaning Competition valid for from 1^st April to end May 2026.
2. Participants must be 18 years or older and must be a South African citizen or permanent resident in the Republic of South Africa (“RSA”), and have a valid identity document or passport and reside in the RSA during the period of the Competition.
3. Online entry to the competition must be done  on the official GARDENA Website page – www.gardena.com
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. Prize consists of :

6.  Prize excludes any related accessory to any of the mentioned products.
7. Lucky Draw will take place on  the 6^th May 2026.
8. Winner will be notified  by 8^th May 2026.
9. Prize handover will take place between 13^th May to 25^th May 2026. 
10. If the winner cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. GARDENA reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions. 
12. GARDENA is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
13. The competition is not open to staff and their immediate family members, associated partners, agents or suppliers to Husqvarna South Africa (Pty) Ltd.
14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
15. All decision in respect of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material
17. No responsibility will be accepted for any entry that is not delivered, received or is delayed or damaged due to technical reasons, including telecommunication failure on the part of the Participant’s service provider, or otherwise. 
18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. In accordance with the POPI Act, entrant is accepting their details to be used in future marketing material from Husqvarna South Africa (PTY) Ltd - GARDENA Brand Division.
