The entire repair process within Germany is carried out by our central service. Processing time in our company max. 5 working days.
Direct service for private customers. To relieve the burden on our trading partners, we carry out repairs and spare parts orders directly with our private customers on request.
Assistance with repairs or technical malfunctions by our experts.
We automatically create a cost estimate for repair costs that exceed 60% of the recommended retail price of a new device.
Spare parts are supplied by us for our own repairs. Most spare parts can be ordered online around the clock on our homepage.
We always offer a cost-effective solution. If a repair does not make economic sense, we offer you a replacement device as good as new at a special price.
If you want to ship a Li-Ion battery, certain regulations for shipping and packaging apply. We won't leave you alone with this and have put together everything important for you. Information on the energy performance of the battery can be found on the respective nameplate.
These services are free of charge for you in the event of a warranty claim, please enclose a copy of the applicable proof of purchase, otherwise we will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate, whereby you can speed up the repair process if you already specify an upper limit for the repair costs when sending it in. Note: To send your device within Germany, please create the GARDENA service order. You will then receive the link for the parcel label by email.
