When you visit our website, a log-file is automatically processed on our web server with the following user data:
• the page the file was requested from
• the file-Name

GARDENA does not knowingly gather any Personal Data from children under the age of 18 and does not aim its website at such persons. We advise parents and custodians to take an active interest in children’s activities and interests online.
Restricted area access
In case you want to participate in our special customer service “Garden Planer”, you have to register beforehand. Data transmitted to us in the context of registration will be used in order to plan your garden. We only collect your mail address and your age. You can change or delete your profile with the account at any time. Data will then be deleted from the system automatically.
Transfer of Personal Data
GARDENA undertakes to take reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Data we collect from you are accurate, complete and up to date. However, you are under the obligation to provide only Personal Data, which are accurate, complete and up to date at the time of the collection. Should you later on establish that Personal Data held by us are not accurate, complete and up to date, we will upon your written notice take reasonable steps to correct the Personal Data.
As a user you have the right to request information on the data we store concerning you as well as the purpose of storage. In addition, you have a right to demand that incorrect data are being corrected and data which are inappropriate or no longer needed are being deleted. We use Sitecore Analytics with the purpose of continuous improvements of our website through such tools as experience optimization, A/B testing, personalization, profiling and marketing automation. It is also used for serving visitors with nearest retailer location based on their location.
