The answer

Your camellia should bloom after the third year at the latest, provided that you care for it in a good way.
During winter, potted Camelias should not be placed in heated living rooms. They prefer winter gardens with temperatures up to 15 °C. From spring to early winter, the ideal place outside is partly shaded and wind-protected. In summer, some direct sun is ok if you water sufficiently, ideally with rain water. The roots should always be moist but not too wet or standing in water. Do not forget to fertilize the plant when the first new shoots appear. From October, water less.
