    • A pop-up blocker can restrict the functionality of the website. In this case you should temporarily deactivate it.
  • Cache
    • Some browsers treat Flash data as images and do not regularly update but load them from the buffer of your browser (cache). If the website is not displayed as required, we recommend that you clear the cache manually.
  • Networks
    • Within networks, the settings of the firewall may block or not authorise innovative internet technologies such as Flash or JavaScript. In this case, please contact the administrator of your computer.

    • The display of Flash and video contents depends on your computer processor. For Windows and Linux users, a processor from Pentium 4 or Athlon XP is recommended. For Apple users, an Intel processor or PowerPC processor of 1 Gigahertz or more is recommended.
