The GARDENA UV Pond Filter F 16000 removes coarse dirt from pond water and combats algae and germs. Integrated in the device is one 11 W UV light, a contamination display and a cleaning device for filter sponges. Thanks to the thermometer, the water temperature in the filter and thereby the biological filter activity can be easily checked. The UV Pond Filter has a separate water outlet. This allows easy removal of coarse dirt from the Pond Filter. The cleaning device for filter sponges additionally facilitates cleaning. With the contamination display, you can see when the filter sponges need to be cleaned. The integrated UV light reduces algae growth and combats germs. The hose connection fits for 19 mm (3/4"), 25 mm (1"), 32 mm (1 1/4") and 38 mm (1 1/2") hoses. The filter can be used for a pond size of up to 12,000 litres of pond content. Recommended accessories are the Filter/Stream Pumps (Art. No. 7863-20, 7864-20, 7865-20, 7866-20) and the Ribbed Pond Hoses (Art. No. 7831-20, 7832-20, 7833-20). The set is suitable for use outside of the pond.
